CVs that Stand Out
Social Media16 Nov, 2025

Recruiters read a lot of CVs — but the best ones aren’t flashy. They’re clear, concise, and easy to follow.
We often help candidates “declutter” their CVs. Here’s what makes the biggest difference:
1️⃣ Keep it clean and properly formatted (less WordArt headers 😅, more bullet points).
2️⃣ Add context, not just keywords.
3️⃣ Show progression — not just duties.
And my colleagues’ #1 tip? Add detail.
“Sourcing new talent” vs. “Sourcing and placing talent in the IT, Engineering, and Finance industries using (tool1), (tool2), and (tool3).”

(Though yes, sometimes the robots help us find you. 💻)
