Candidate Success Story: Dutch Interview Win

One of the best parts of my job is seeing preparation and support pay off ✨

Today I had the privilege of speaking to a candidate after his interview with one of our Dutch clients. The client’s feedback? They were enthusiastic, felt he was a great match, and said they clicked almost immediately. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.

As recruiters, our role goes beyond CVs and interviews. It’s about making sure our candidates feel prepared, seen, and supported. It’s about reminding them there’s a human being on the other side who genuinely wants to see them succeed.

In this case, his sister is already living in the Netherlands and can’t wait to welcome him, offering her home as a first stop. That kind of family support, combined with our guidance on relocation, makes all the difference.

Now he’s onto his second interview, and hopefully soon an offer and the start of his immigration process. He’s excited, the client’s excited - and so am I. 🚀
