A dream became a reality

My name is Mike Bennett and I’m a Full Stack Microsoft Consultant. I’ve been working as a Data Scientist and a BI Developer over the past 6 years.

Over the past 2 years, my wife and myself have been thinking about taking the plunge and starting a new in the Netherlands. We sought out to further pursue our passions in both work and travel.

Through the IR Olav Globetrotters team, a dream became a reality and the move to the Netherlands could not have gone more seamlessly! A heartfelt thank you goes to the team who co-ordinated our move and made the process enjoyable.

We arrived in mid-September and our experience has been absolutely amazing.
In the short time that we’ve been here we’ve been privileged to experience many things such as using the public transport (trains,busses and bicycles) to explore the many city centres, towns and parks.
Being able to cycle from one town to another has probably been one of the most enjoyable experiences yet!

I look forward to many more adventures in the Netherlands.
