Electrical Technician (Machine Building)
This role
Are you an experienced Electrical Technician with a passion for machine building and industrial automation? We are looking for a hands-on professional to join a high-quality engineering environment in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities will include:
Assembly and wire electrical components for custom-built machines and production lines
Install, connect and test control systems and electrical panels
Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
Perform functional testing and support commissioning of machinery
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults
Work closely with mechanical and engineering teams to deliver complete machine solutions

Function criteria
Completed trade qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in industrial machine building or panel wiring
Ability to read electrical diagrams independently
Experience with PLC-controlled systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley advantageous)
Knowledge of industrial safety standards
Valid driver’s licence
