Hyperautomation Consultant (RPA)

As an intermediate Hyperautomation Consultant, you are one of our client’s strengths with experience that they can build on as a team. Due to our client’s rapid growth in recent times, they are looking for people who want to develop with them. You know how to approach an RPA project; you can help train inexperienced colleagues and of course build the best automation solutions. They are looking for ambitious and decisive people who want to help build this challenge.

As a Hyperautomation Consultant you are the engine of our client’s team. You always think one step ahead, communicate clearly with their customers and you like to challenge yourself. You know better than anyone how to deliver value for their customers, both in the field of technical and business challenges. You will also stay informed of the latest developments in the field of automation and RPA. Based on your operational activities, practical experience, and up-to-date knowledge, you know how to stay on course with the team. In addition, you strive to continuously increase their quality and develop yourself. You effortlessly switch between different customers and projects, guide your less experienced teammates, and take the lead in projects. In addition to following training courses for the required hard skills, you follow training courses from, among others, our client’s Medior Professional Academy (MPA). This is done based on the personal goals that you set together with your field manager. This allows you to develop into a complete professional.

You will work in the driven Automation sector. Our client started two years ago and is developing rapidly. • At least 1,5 years of relevant work experience in the field of RPA/Automation/Integration. More experience and other experience are of course always good!

• A bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field. 

• Knowledge of and experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform/Automate, BluePrism, Workato, Camunda, Thinkwise

• You are enthusiastic about IT, automation, robotization and optimization.

• You have the will to continue to develop on both hard and soft skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in Afrikaans/basic Dutch and English.
