CNC Machinist

We are looking for an experienced Allround CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer who enjoys precision machining and wants to work with modern 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery in a highly automated production environment.

You will join the Turning and Milling department, where the focus is on manufacturing high-precision components while ensuring efficient and reliable production.

The production environment includes several automated CNC machines capable of extended and unmanned production.

You will be part of a professional technical team where craftsmanship, teamwork, and quality are highly valued.

The department operates a range of advanced CNC equipment, including:

• Multiple 5-axis DMG milling machines with pallet-loading systems for 24/7 production.

• Horizontal 5-axis DMG machines with dedicated automation.

• Vertical 5-axis Hermle C42 with dedicated automation and a temperature-controlled frame.

• Standalone 5-axis DMG machines.

• Multiple 3-axis DMG and Hermle milling machines.

• DMG CNC lathe.

• Agie wire EDM machine.

• Robotic cells and automated pallet-loading systems.

• 3 years working expereince as a CNC Machinist/Programmer

• Experience independently setting up and operating CNC machines.

• Experience working with CNC milling machines.

• A good understanding of precision machining and manufacturing processes.

• The ability to work accurately and maintain high quality standards.

• A careful and attentive approach throughout the production process.

• The ability to identify potential production issues and take appropriate action.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new machinery, controls, and production methods.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a technical production team.

• A positive attitude towards working in a two-shift production environment.
