    Data Analyst

    Intermediate (3 - 5 yrs)

    This role

As a Data Analyst, you occupy a crucial role within our clients' Data Solutions team. This team is made up of 40+ consultants, office & operational management, plus 3 sales heroes, all committed to supporting their clients with their data challenges. As a true bridge between business & IT and as a consultant, you create valuable insights and clear visualisations for your clients such as PostNL, Bol, and  Simon Loos, working with tools and technologies like on-premise and cloud data warehouses, and BI tools from AWS, GCP, and Azure to gather, process, and visualise data.

You add value by understanding and grasping client needs and are capable of constructing tailored solutions through sharp analyses. Through dashboard wireframes and the necessary visualisation techniques, you present the solutions offered.

With a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and analysts, you collect data from both local databases and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP & Azure, to model logical data models. In collaboration with your colleagues, you present sleek dashboards with various BI tools and data storytelling. And because you're always looking to learn and have high ambitions, you challenge yourself with your unlimited training budget to become 'the' data guru of the Netherlands, earn a mountain of certificates, and sharpen (and share!) your knowledge at various knowledge sessions and MeetUps. Additionally, you have a personal field manager who coaches and guides you in your further development. You choose your path, and we are here to make it happen!

In summary, do you see yourself doing this:

    • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to create trends, patterns, and insights.

    • Preparing data sources with SQL and developing data models and dashboards, both on-prem and in the aforementioned cloud environments.

    • Advising clients on data-driven strategies. Mapping out trends and patterns through data analysis and visualisations to optimise the business.

    • Supporting clients to embed dashboards in their own environment and in the first steps towards self-service BI.
