Key Responsibilities (General Scope):

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance to ensure organizational financial health.

• Manage accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.

• Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance reporting.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For: (General Scope)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus).

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
