As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will work within our Cloud Development team on new Azure developments and support the team in managing our Azure Cloud landscape.

What are you going to do:

• Development of new innovative solution using the Azure platform.

• Setting up, managing and optimizing Azure API Management for securely and efficiently exposing APIs.

• Develop serverless solutions using Azure Functions and Logic Apps for automated workflows.

• Manage and scale applications using Kubernetes and Container Instances.

• Working on integrations between different systems and building robust cloud architectures.

• Automate CI/CD pipelines for a more efficient development and deployment cycle.

• Ensuring the security and performance of cloud solutions according to best practices.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex issues and provide customers with innovative cloud solutions.

What to bring:

• You have completed a higher professional education/university education.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud development

• Experience with Cloud/SaaS development

• Experience with Azure API Management platform

• Mastery of both Afrikaans/Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• You have experience with Agile working

• You are strongly focused on achieving results and quality

• You have excellent communication skills

• You are Dedicated, Enterprising and Progressive (the core values ​​of our company); You have a positive attitude and enjoy taking on challenges;

• Pre Knowledge of CD/CI, Terraform, Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, ELK stack, Cisco, Puppet, Greylog, Nginx, Linux, Ethical hacking or similar technologies is a plus.
