As a Contract Coordinator, you organize existing and new contracts in such a way that the work can be carried out efficiently and effectively.
You work closely with the contract manager and the technicians who carry out the work stated in the contract.
Your duties include the following activities:
You prepare quotations and make cost price calculations, especially for HVAC work.
You create and monitor project implementation plans.
You process and coordinate new and existing maintenance agreements until implementation.
You ensure and manage the correct introduction and setup in our system.
You manage the maintenance contracts financially.
You monitor progress and report it periodically.
You ensure optimal information flows within the contract agreements.
You manage and monitor the customer relationships.

The 'Maintenance' department is responsible for the implementation of management and maintenance contracts with our client’s customers.
From local branches, they ensure that customers can use their buildings in a pleasant way, in various sectors. This includes hospitals, municipalities, schools, healthcare institutions, etc.
You will work within the branch in one of our customer teams consisting of a contract manager, a contract coordinator (you) and a team of service engineers and technicians.
These teams consist of 5-10 employees who are multidisciplinary in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Measurement & Control Technology and Fire Alarm Systems.
A completed relevant tertiary qualification
You have an affinity with technical installations.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You speak fluent Afrikaans and English
You know how to coordinate matters well and keep cool under pressure.
It is an advantage if you have relevant knowledge of NEN2767 and/or knowledge of multi-year maintenance plans.
You are results and customer oriented and know how to set priorities.
