As a Senior Software Engineer Integration - TibcoCE within the Engineering API team in IT, you will bring your technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and passion for technology to develop scalable, high-impact solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• API development and migration by designing and implementing API services, migrating or redeveloping legacy services from ESB to the iPAAS platform

• Governance and optimization by contributing to the governance layer to accelerate API development

• API marketplace development by designing and implementing an API marketplace to enhance accessibility and usability

• Collaboration and innovation by working cross-functionally to influence and drive technology strategies

• System and process integration by building seamless integrations between systems and business processes using innovative, out-of-the-box thinking

• Business engagement through extensive interaction with internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

• Technical decision-making by providing input into design, operations, testing, and strategic decisions for key business initiatives

• System reliability and scalability by ensuring the delivery of high-availability systems critical to business operations

• Cross-level communication by proactively collaborating across teams and professional levels to drive successful outcomes

• Strong expertise in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, REST APIs, Web Services, TIBCO BPM, and TIBCO Container Edition

• Proficiency in system design and impact analysis, including UML, sequence diagrams, and facilitation flows

• Proven experience in building API gateways, developer portals, marketplaces, and microservices

• Hands-on proficiency in Java or C++

• Solid understanding of RDBMS design, SQL, and UNIX operating systems

• Ability to set or influence technical direction and make data-driven decisions

• Commercial awareness, balancing technical excellence with business priorities

• Strong team player with a track record of delivering impactful solutions across teams

• Responsibility for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and high availability

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies

• Background in the telecom industry

• Industry certifications in relevant technologies
