(General Scope)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, process optimization, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and operational standards.

• Proficiency in process mapping and improvement tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
