    Service Desk Employee

    Intermediate (3 - 5 yrs)

    As a Service Desk Agent you are part of the IT&D Run department. Together with 3 colleagues you form our client's IT Service Desk you help both internal and external users with tech questions and problems.

    Function criteria

    In this role you need to be curious and show initiative, you have a desire to be an expert in your field. Giving feedback is second nature. You get energy from working together in a complex environment and you see opportunities for development and growth all over. Your results-orientated thinking and proactive attitude means you can easily get people on board. You are a facilitator for your team and easily communicate in different contexts.


    Required qualifications & experience:

    • A Diploma in the field of IT or completed courses;

    • Experience in a Service Desk environment

    • A sound knowledge of IT systems, environments, applications and automation packages

    • A good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

    • An ITIL Foundation certificate;

    • Fluent Afrikaans and good command of English
